The service offered by the hotel was excellent. The room was clean and roomy compared to other hotels in Japan. This was a great hotel for business and adult vacations.
I did not feel that this hotel was family with kids friendly. We were seated in the farthest table at the breakfast as not to bother other guests.
It was a great hotel to stay if you are traveling with adults only.
