Very cute, small, compact room. Barely enough space for 2 big luggages but as expected of Japanese hotels. It was surprisingly very sound proof, could not hear any other rooms at all but we could hear outside the door (usually very quiet anyways).
The check in, check out was super simple and easy using a machine with multiple languages. To leave luggage, you need to talk to the front desk and they were very quick to assist. The staff were very respectful and polite during our stay.
A lot of amenities provided on ground floor including hair straighteners, hairbrushes, pyjamas and chargers, etc.
The shower head was super nice, although do note it is a shower in a bath. The bathroom did smell a little at first but there’s an air freshener and air purifier in the room. Room comes equipped with hair dryer, mini fridge with small freezer compartment and kettle. No microwave in the room but available in the common area.
Overall, very comfortable and a pleasure to stay, would definitely recommend for the price.
