・Parties, loud music, and exceeding the occupancy limit without permission are strictly prohibited.
・Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM (as this is a residential area).
・Upon checkout, please return furniture to its original position and sort your trash (instructions provided).
・Smoking is prohibited throughout the property; pets are not allowed.
・Trash can be disposed of at the guest-only trash station 24 hours a day.

・We do not offer luggage storage, but we can discuss arrangements via courier service.

・The limousine bus ride from Narita Airport to Ikebukuro Station takes approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
・From Haneda Airport, it takes about 50 minutes by train, with 1 to 2 transfers.
・From Ikebukuro to our inn, it’s a 5-minute ride on the Tobu Tojo Line plus a 10-minute walk.
