Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects. However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost.

好處 1)位置幾好， 2)附近有便利店，指示清晰， 3)單位也算新，價錢ok,。 不好 1)不過單位內看到有一隻蟑螂和兩隻蒼蠅，感覺不太良好。 2)牀太軟，梳化牀也是不佳 3)回覆比較慢， 4)每天早上7:00-7:30樓下會有搬運人拋下貨物，只有這個時間比較嘈。 其他整體尚可。

Appartement de taille raisonnable permettant d'avoir un peu plus d'espace que dans une chambre d'hotel et la cuisine. Cependant nous avons mal dormi principalement à cause du lit qui grinçait à chaque mouvement et du matelas dans lequel on sent tous les ressorts. De plus, la tv n'est pas smart dommage. Avec ces quelques ameliorations, le logement serait mieux noté et surtout plus agréable

近くにまいばすけっとやマルエツもあり、新宿の中心にいるとは思えない快適さでした。 また使いたいです。 （カーテン開けると向かいのビルから丸見えなのだけ気になりました笑）

Great location, uncomfortable sleep

This place says it can comfortably sleep 3, but neither the mattress nor futon were comfortable. Great location, and it was very clean, but would not stay here again unless the mattress or futon were updated. We were excited to leave to sleep in more comfortable beds.

Positive: -clean room -great location -easy self check in with no staff -quiet -lots of space to open your suitcases -full kitchen Negative: -NO ELEVATOR!!! You have to walk up flights of stairs with your luggage -had to figure out how to activate the hot water. There is an electronic panel in the bathroom. -bed blanket had a weird smell. Like the previous person was a sweaty man and they tried to wash it really well but a lingering smell remained. -cold winter draft coming through window I couldn’t stop

I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say I very disliked Shinjuku. But to each there own, too all so note I was by myself and feel like that if I had someone with me a would be a little better about walking the streets.

Avoid this place at all costs! This is hands down the worst stay I have ever experienced. Horrible! To be fair, the property itself is spacious and set up like a house, featuring a living room and a kitchen. However, the sleeping arrangements are an absolute nightmare. PS, there’s about 15 stairs that you need to lift your luggages to the living room and bedroom, for all ladies out there, watch out! First, the sofa bed is completely unusable. There are two sharp metals poking through right in the middle, exactly where your lower back rests. I am genuinely shocked that previous reviews never mentioned this. Second, the bedroom mattress is just as bad. It feels like you are sleeping directly on bare metal springs; every single time you move, they poke into your body. It was an incredibly painful and frustrating experience. Both the sofa bed and the mattress are severely outdated and need to be thrown out immediately. I am not exaggerating any of this—save your money and avoid this place at all costs!
