AVOID: Unsanitary, Deceptive & No Service
This is not a hotel, but a poorly managed, unhygienic apartment with absent staff. Our 9-night stay was horrible.
We booked a 3-bed room but got 2 beds and a regular couch; the advertised "sofa bed" does not pull out.
The "24/7 front desk" is a lie, it's an unmanned iPad. Where you have to figure out which of the dozen apps gets you to the receptionist. All guest conversations are public, so don't complain about your neighbours that wake you at 3am stomping around.
The hygiene was appalling. Bedding provided for the couch was a duvet and a pillow, no covers or sheets and visible blood stains. Other pillows and mattresses were also stained on inspection.
The shower drain, clogged with old hair, flooded the bathroom. The room was cleaned only once during our entire stay.
The hotel's contact app didn't work, the front desk iPad team didn't care. After helping check-in the only staff member present at the time ran into a bathroom and was violently ill. We were told someone would bring proper bedding to our room, but no one ever arrived after 2 hours. We were forced to sleep in two beds for the 9 nights.
When we requested Expedia to get a refund to leave, Expedia was unable to contact the hotel by phone. Travel insurance doesn't allow hygiene as a reason for changing hotel. The offline Expedia team later confirmed the hotel refused to refund. Do not stay here.
