"We started our Japan trip staying at this hotel, and after a long flight, it was a great start. The rooms are pretty spacious and the location worked well for us. We attended a Yakult Swallows baseball game across the street and was our main reason for selecting this hotel. What was also great was that the hotel was also an easy walkable distance from Harajuku, Shibuya, and Shinjuku. There's plenty of great shopping and food in walkable distances. The staff was also very kind and helpful....

"Hotel in the heart of Shibuya. Easy access to dining, shopping, and the train station. The staff was very courteous. Each morning, breakfast had a great selection of items on the all you can eat bar. The bathroom was very nice! Great shower pressure and hot water. The lid of the bidet toilet opened automatically every time i walked in the restroom. The room was not extremely big, but it for Japan I think it was a pretty good size. Bed was very firm. Linens all white. "

"Fabulous hotel! The staff are very friendly and professional. There are excellent food options if you’re looking to stay in and relax. Great location with proximity to Shinjuku proper and Shinjuku station- making it very convenient to the majority of Tokyo. We had a beautiful room with very comfortable beds and a lovely view. "Stayed for 9 nights with a family of 4 and our stay was fantastic. The people at the front desk were fantastic with some helpful suggestions for dinner. The rooms are clean and serviced everyday and the hotel is close to many convenience stores which have everything. Highly recommend and would stay back there when I come back to Tokyo."

"To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. "

"Overall a good place. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean. Room was a decent size. Only complaint is the area - it’s in the middle of everything but it can be too much a times - would not recommend to families - if you are single or a young couple it’s a good area. The one benefit about the area is that it is about 5 minutes walking from train station. "

"We stayed there for 16 days. It was very pleasant, and the washing machines in the basement were a lifesaver, as we were there in August. Since I have allergies I had to cook my own food, the selection of kitchen utensils is very good. The owner is easy to reach, and he's happy to help with any questions. Thanks for the stay."

"I would say this was like living in an apartment and not in a hotel. It was amazing, the place was nice and clean and had a very nice sized fridge with a really nice kitchen. And don’t get me started on the bathing room. It was super nice and the bathtub was amazing especially when you had a long day off walking. The only down side is I was not to found of Shinjuku the prefecture it’s self it was pretty dirty and coming straight from Osaka where it was a lot more of a relaxing vibe, I would say...
