"The hotel is clean, modern and well appointed, and the staff (especially the restaurant staff) are very friendly helpful and an absolute credit to the business. The bed is comfortable, the shower is modern, clean and has excellent water pressure and the house staff do a wonderful job. One of my favourite points was the quality of the breakfast buffet. "Very cozy hotel in a perfect location with excellent staff and service. The rooms are very well decorated and spacious. I booked on of the rooms on the top floor and the view over the clocktower was spectacular. Really comfortable bathtub and nice addition to also have a full rainforest shower in the room. Would highly recommend. "

"The family room was spacious, clean, and everything we needed for our stay with our family. Unfortunately some of the lights didn't work in the child room, and although the front desk staff made the request to the electricians, it wasn't fixed during our stay. Other than that hiccup, everything was wonderful. Location was perfect. Spa was a real treat."

"Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Seating outside next to a small canal, nice place to have a drink in the evening and watch the world go by. Easy access to train station which enabled us to make travel all over the Netherlands. Can't fault this quirky hotel."

"I was in Utrecht for a conference and opted to stay here rather than near the train station. The hotel was great value for a contemporary, spotless room in a very lovely location. One block away from the Dom (at the back) but very quiet street and area. I walked to the bus stop daily (10 minutes) for travel to conference held at the Science Centre- very convenient and a lovely walk to start the morning. Only negative was the breakfast - expensive for what you get. There are better options...
