"This house met our families needs perfectly. We spent two days at sesame place and it was a short drive as the description says. The split a/c units worked great and were well appreciated since it was in the 90s each day that we were there. Although the house is on a busy street, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road which made walking easy. We loved the coffee shop down the road and went to Oci’s bar and grill one night for dinner which was very good as well. Our family would definitely...

"The house was very clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything we needed. (In the main house there were a few more stairs than we were aware of, and a few very narrow and steep staircases which made it a bit more difficult for one of our family members who recently had broken a few ribs to get around, but not a deal breaker by any means) The pool was excellent (but could use a little shade - we were all vying for space under the one umbrella)Overall we had an excellent stay. "

"This house was a good landing place for our large family gathering. We liked the well-appointed kitchen and comfortable gathering area in the living room. We loved having meals out on the deck, hanging out in the hot tub, shooting hoops in the basketball hoop, and using the fire pit. The listing isn’t clear about the beds that are in each room. "Six friends and I rented Joan's lovely pace for a personal reunion, and our 50th high school reunion for a week in June. The VRBO pictures and descriptions did not do the place justice! So many comfy places to gather inside and out, and the added attraction of being right on the Delaware River made our 4-night stay extra special. The house was spotlessly clean; the kitchen well-appointed, and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Joan is the consummate hostess who was available from the moment...

"My family stayed here for a wedding in newtown. What a lovely apartment! It was a rainy cooler june weekend so we didnt get to enjoy the outdoor space as much but parts of the patio/deck was covered which was great. The pingpong table and some porch areas needed a sweep but otherwise it was delightful, clean, cozy. We’d stay here again. "

"The address was easy to find and enter through the side gate. The RV was clean and neat. There's a fridge and stove so you can cook. The air conditioner works really well but is a bit noisy, remember this is an RV not a hotel. You are in close quarters and it is a simple layout. We found it to be very comfortable and an interesting change from a hotel. "

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."
