"This location was great for our small crew of kayakers and eBikers. There were plenty of places to drop in kayaks along the river, and the eBike trail at the end of the driveway went for many, many miles.Stuart was very helpful and quickly answered all of our questions. The gardens were beautiful, and great to hang out by the fire when night time came."

"Very nice house to use as a base for a Doylestown wedding. Nothing fancy, but we weren't there that much. Very clean, comfortable and quiet with a nice kitchen. Great AC! The one problem was the entrance--It was very hard to find even when we knew it was hidden. Also it was hard to get out on the very busy road--visibility from the driveway to the road was obscured even for a right turn."

"5 adults over Christmas. Fireplace worked well. No problem with hot water with 5 people. Double bed in one room tilted to one side. Resolved by stuffing many pillows under mattress to level bed. "We enjoyed our stay in this lovely property. We were pleased the room was as pictured. At at first we were concerned when a few things that would make our stay more convenient appeared missing. However, upon getting settled we were relieved to find the room was thoughtfully arranged and contained everything we needed and more. "Great place to stay at. Close to many restaurants, walking distance to the university campus but a great plus that parking was included. Place had the essentials you needed and kitchen was stocked with all kinds of appliances. Spacious area and beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and parking was included. "New Hope was so fun for the weekend and this place was perfect! Really great walkable location although nice and quiet at night. Beds were cozy. Living room was okay cozy wise doesn’t have a true couch. But still 5 stars and would return! "

"Property was spacious and clean, with plenty of toys and stuff to keep kids amused. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked, although we did not use it except for breakfast. David was helpful and very responsive to any questions we had.We would recommend a larger coffee pot and nicer pillows, but otherwise no complaints."

"We had a great stay at this property, and it worked really well for our family gathering. David, the Host, was incredibly responsive, and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. The house was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling crowded.
