"We found the Trout View Cottage so very charming. The cottage was crisp, clean and tastefully decorated. It accommodated 7 people without feeling at all crowded and kids were well entertained. Although settled in a cabin community, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful it was around a lovely campfire. We loved our stay and highly recommend it! "

"This property is so incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved mornings and evenings on the deck watching horses and cows on the hillside while listening to birds. Short drive into Erie, where we absolutely loved Presque Isle state park. Also loved Riverside Brewing which is 10 minutes away. The owners were very welcoming with a sweet note and vase of fresh-cut lilacs from their bush. Would definitely come back"

"Very quiet location with great views of the lake during the day and the stars at night. House is laid out well and we liked the decorations and furnishings. The kitchen was a gathering spot for the whole family and it was nice to be able to get groceries and cook some meals together. They also had a lot of outdoor seating and dining available. It was too hot out for us to take advantage of the fire pit, but I did try out the propane fire feature on the deck and really enjoyed that. ( I think I...

"Cute weekend getaway for my family. Private area with friendly neighbors. The property was perfect for my family and 2 pups. Plenty of room and a nice size fire pit. Close to many activities in the area as well. The host was great to deal with and this was one of the best trips of our summer. We're in the area often and would stay here again for sure! "

"Absolutely perfect! Kyle was the perfect host. He was only a phone call away if we needed him, but we didn't have that need to bother him. Everything was perfect! Lil Tio was beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to stay to everyone. Thank you Kyle, for our stay."

"We had such a beautiful weekend. The River Bungalow was amazing. It was a little piece of heaven for us. Sitting on the porch in the morning with our coffee watching the river was so relaxing. Loved being able to have a fire. Roberta was very kind and helpful anytime we had any questions. Will definitely be back next year. "
