"It was our first family cabin trip and we loved the experience. The property was nice and spacious and fit the 9 of us there. We were 3 teens and 6 adults and were able to fit in the main cabin. We also checked out oil creek state park. Our only issue was the low heat when using the stove for cooking. 9/10 would recommend. "

"I just needed a place to get away, and this spot was absolutely perfect. The cabin is beautiful, the street is incredibly quiet, and the firepit was a great bonus. I couldn’t have asked for anything more—such a great place!"

"The entire process was easy. The area was so calm and relaxed. The house had just enough of everything we needed. We had a large dog, there was no problem with it. We had deer in our yard!! "

"From start to finish, our experience expectations were met and/or exceeded. Josh was not only kind and prompt with his responses, he's a guy who treats others as you'd assume to be treated. You need something, he'll accommodate. You don't need anything, he trusts you, but still tries to suggest. If we could have had a better experience, it would not have been because Josh didn't provide. He's a great guy to work with and consider him a friend now. My Dad, Son and I had a great time."

"Enjoyed the house but was never sent the email with the key code. Was over 2 hours after 4:00 trying to get in. Finally got a phone number to the host who was very nice to help us. Very frustrating having Togo though all of that."

"Nicest private home we have ever stayed in. Tastefully restored elegant Victorian home with all modern amenities. Historical connection to the region helps make it even more special. Private large garden and patio area is lovely. We only used three of the six bedrooms most which have very comfortable king sized beds. Great place for larger groups to stay and relax."

"Just what we were looking for. Peaceful and beautiful backdrop. The river was magnificent and seeing river otters and a beaver along with the deer made our trip that much more memorable "

"Beautiful remodel of this building, it has all the high end amenity's of a luxury home in a small package, and if you forget to bring anything ; don't worry it's there at lil tio Their are plenty of things to do and places to eat, We stayed at lil tio for a family reunion and had a great time"

"My wife and I had an amazing weekend anniversary trip at this cottage. No-nonsense, fenced rear dog yard, cool AC, clean sheets, abundant blankets and towels, great water pressure, great location near lots of hiking and a short trip to Franklin/Oil City/Slippery Rock, and a very warm welcome from an amazing host. What more could you ask for? We would happily stay again!"
