We had trouble requesting for extra beds even though we called in advance and reminded the staff upon arrival. This place is expensive to stay at, but worth the extra dollars when factoring in the way the staff and property go the extra mile to make you feel like you are truly a king and queen staying at your very own castle. "They have warm water! Our previous hotel did not. No phone in the room to call the front desk. Small room, but it’s enough for just laying your head at night. We had a restful stay. Conveniently close to the airport. Great idea to stay here if you have an early morning flight the following day. Traffic builds up in the city pretty quickly. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Most of all, the price per night is absolutely affordable. We will definitely stay here again."
