"Roachs and bed bugs. The working staff that did most of the work was very helpful and tried to do the best they could. But the management are penny pinchers. Meaning you had to pretty much fight with them to get what you were supposed to get free. All in all pretty good bang for the buck. "

"Our overall stay at this hotel was excellent. The one that stood out most was that all the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms are clean and modern. The only downside I’ve noticed is that the beds aren’t as comfy. The bed I had I could feel the spring on my back. I think beds need to be updated. Otherwise, the rooms are great. "The hotel needs a lot of upgrades. Design though is not bad. They should improve soundproofing of their rooms. We can hear every thing on the hallways, and the rooms are adjacents, so we can hear them talking and laughing. The hotel may have been advertised as a resort, so the locals come over and party for a few days. On our 2nd day a group of families checked in.
