The spacious home with tasteful decor consists of a living room with sofa bed (for one person), an elegant dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. In the outdoor area you will find a furnished, south-facing terrace with marvelous ocean views and comfortable sun loungers, where can you relax on warm afternoons with a good book. A supermarket and a pizzeria are just a few meters from the house while the romantic seafront promenade, with its wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars, is just 2 minutes walking or 200 m from your front door. Here you will additionally find the long beach Playa Grande, whose golden sand and glittering waves await you for a long day of swimming and tanning beneath Lanzarote’s sun.



Parking spaces are available on the property and there is plenty of street parking in the area.

Local bus stops with regular connections to nearby towns are additionally just a few minutes’ walk away. Between May and June, the homeowner will provide free transportation to the airport.
