"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"The highlight of my Vietnam trip I had a blast. My main issue was with their lack of coordination when it came to payment. They sent me a false billing statement that I had email about to be reassured I wasn’t being over charged. "This cruise was fantastic from start to finish and would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, positive and helpful, especially as we had our toddler with us. There was a good range of food and they accommodated our little one eating earlier and having kid friendly meals instead of our delicious four course menu each night! They did a happy hour of drinks each night during sunset. It was clean and they provided a cot free of charge. We did 3D2N which meant we really relaxed into it....
