"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

Only problem I had was unfortunately my trip was cut short and they wouldn’t refund any money for the two nights I lost. And it’s there slow season so it’s not like they didn’t have time to rebook the room. More than Half the rooms are vacant. "

"We made the cruise with Alisa, senior suite with balcony. Both our agent, Nancy, as well our guide during the transfer and the cruise, Robert, were excellent, always willing to help us.
Good and plenty food and nice excursions also. Fantastic room and superb views from the balcony of the room to Halong Bay.

"1點多到達酒店，幫我check in的是一位懷孕女職員，溫柔有禮，而且很快就有房間，甚至房間亦準備了生日蛋糕。
