"I stayed in the Double King room with extra space. I chose this room because there were 4 adults staying in the room and we wanted the King sized beds for better sleep. The extra space was honestly just wasted space. There needs to be a couch or extra chair in the room to make the space useful. We were only given 3 towels and 4 hangers total for the 4 adults staying in the room so it was a pain to have to go down and ask for additional when I clearly marked there were 4 adults staying. "Very clean hotel, convenient as it’s downtown but very pricey. 25. Complimentary Snacks in lobby. Valet parking only which was annoying given the price we paid for the room. Rooms are small but comfortable. Had hairdryer, iron, closet space. Overal, I was most impressed with the bed (firm) and the pillows. A bad bed and pillows will ruin the sleep. Didn’t have that problem here. Will stay again if back in Eugene. Had t been to Eugene in over 30 years and can’t believe how congested and built up...

"Great location! Plenty of on-site parking and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the nearby outlook. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay there again. "

"We loved staying at Hyatt Place whenever we visited our daughter in college. She graduated this year so we won’t be back to Eugene. We love the roof top bars ambiance and drinks. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants to try. Also, they were so accommodating and helpful with our moving truck. A big thank you for a lovely stay. "

"Such a cozy and quiet place. Although people crib about breakfast. But honestly I love the breakfast menu. It's less time consuming and quick. Room was super clean and cozy. Highly recommended. "

"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"Beautiful style home with inviting common spaces, great shared bathroom amenities, comfortable mattress in River Room ( though sagged a bit), and wonderful location on quiet street just off the River Path. "

"We had to stay at a hotel unexpectedly when we got home from a long trip. I chose this hotel because it had a high rating and was in a great location for what we had to do the next day. We were extremely happy with the comfort of the room, including a really nice bed and bedding, really comfortable pillows. That’s what impressed me most, but the overall ambiance of the hotel was very positive."
