"Firstly A Massive Thanks to the staff especially Atesh, the best receptionist for my whole swiss travel trip. He is fluent in multiple languages. Fun and helpful and even suggested a great restaurant with the reservation service for me and my partner. The room is large and clean. Comfortable bed. Nearby with lots of supermarkets to choose from within 3mins walking to each of them. Breakfast was great in quality but could have more dishes to offer if possible. "Beautiful view from the rooms and very quiet. Easy to get to the hotel by catching the 21 or 24 bus from Thun station. Restaurant is okay, I think there’s better dining options located in Thun. "

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous.
