"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. "The front desk staff Tiara was extremely helpful. But, for all the 3 days we were there, there was no internet and it inconvenienced us a lot. The management should reimburse us back at least 20 percent of the tariff."

"It is super wellness resort. The wellness area was great. Rooms were very good, and clean, very friendly stuff. The only thing is that it is a bit close to the main road where there are lot of car traffic. But apart from that the hotel is absolutely to recommend."

"The location of the property is quiet and have a good scene in the room which can see the lake and the snow mountains. Also it is very easy to park the car. The town is very quiet with very few tourist. If you expect to walk to a tour area in downtown, this hotel is not the right location. It is under new owner and management, there are still many areas need to be improved. The room does not have AC. "

"This place was nice to stay in interlaken. Close you interlaken west station, close to markets. Interlaken is not a big town so you can walk everywhere if you have your stay booked in interlaken. Because its a self check in there is no one in the front desk to get service. If you need extra service such as towels, you would need to talk to people in the morning around 10am when they are here to clean rooms."
