"Let me start by saying the facility is nice and clean. Unfortunately the TV was not plugged in (which took a while to figure out) and then the remote didn't work unless it was right up to the set (in other words it wouldn't work from the couch). A call to the emergency number was never returned. We went to watch in the common area and that TVs remote had no battery at all (perhaps another renter needed the batteries which I couldn't obtain in the middle of the night). Worst of all THERE...

"Rooms clean. Very ecclectic/vintage furniture and decor! Location was excellent for walking to the downtown tourist section (15 minutes tops) or a quick drive. "

"While it was dirty and it was pointed out to staff that were dismissive. The major issue is the fact that the amenities are limited and was not disclosed at the the time of booking only part way through the stay. We were not able to check in until after 5pm and the only offering for that major inconvenience was “free parking” for one vehicle while it was 2 rooms affected. The colouring activity was a nice simple touch that aided in the long wait times for the room or the pool. "

"The mattress was worn out and sagged, we didn't have hot water the first night in the bathroom, no towels at the pool, hot tub jets didn't really work well, parking was too expensive, hidden fees as well. "

"The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was quite comfortable I thinks they’re not queen. However, I think some small improvements could make the stay even better such as having microwave, and some water bottles in the room."

"The room was amazing, and the view facing the falls was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things was how convenient everything is—you don’t even have to go outside to grab a Timmie’s coffee. The South Tower has the pool, which is great for easy access. One thing I noticed, though, is that staying on higher floors (like the 21st, which is above the pool level) made the room feel warmer and more humid. "Most areas of the hotel was clean although a bit outdated. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna quite a bit. Liked the free coffee as well. This hotel could be better if they offered free breakfast as well but unfortunately they don't. The fitness equipment needs an update as the elliptical I used was very noisy and not stable. "
