"This house had everything we needed and more. The location was great. The neighborhood was great. The wild rabbits in the neighborhood and back yard are a sight to see. Nick was promptly available for all our needs. My family enjoyed this stay. Whenever in the area again we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you Nick. "

"I loved my stay at Barsala At The Flats at Shadow Glen. It’s conveniently located close to restaurants and gas stations and only 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is gated and safe and quiet. Loved the room. It was very clean with nice decor. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again. "

"We had a lovely stay at Sharon’s place for a few days while our roof was being replaced. The property was quiet, beautiful, and perfect for our dogs to run & play. We loved sitting out on the covered porch in the evenings. "We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the treehouse. This home was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of fun games for the kids. There were so many little extras that were appreciated as well, such as the USB plugs/outlets by each bed, extra cleaning supplies, I didn’t need to cook full meals, but it looked like there was plenty of cookware and utensils. "We booked this property due to its location to the Kalahari Resort for our Dance Nationals. The location was very close to the resort and even offered an easy access from the back to avoid the traffic on Hwy 79. Property was also close to an HEB, Walmart, and the Minor park for the Round Rock Express. The property was as advertised, clean, and very welcoming. "What an amazing day we had at round rock! Everything was close to what we did and after enjoying a fun day out would come and relax at the house, and our grandkids would play in the pool. The easiness of coming and going was a wonderful thing and the cleanliness of the property made it so nice for all of us. We will definitely be going back! "

"We booked this property specifically because of the river access. So glad that we did! We spent most of the day Saturday on the river, and had it completely to ourselves! Our amazing hosts encouraged us to drive our car close to the river access, so we only had a short walk to a very large flat rock next to the river. Put our chairs in a shallow spot and just chilled. "We were in town for my daughters wedding at The Grand Lady. This house was perfect. The location was so close to the venue. We had the bridal party in the front house and the back house is where the groomsmen's stayed. They were able to hang out in the yard with a fire and just enjoy the celebrations that were to unfold the following morning. The host communicated so well before the check in and if I had a question he was quick to respond. A perfect house for a large family or just friends...
