"Electric charger availability was not acceptable. With the popularity of electric vehicles having only one charger available on the premises is poor customer service. There were 3 cars in the electric vehicles parking area. We had to share 1 charger. There is a 4 hour limit notice but if the others guests do not follow the rules you cannot charge your car. Please consider increasing chargers."

"This was a great choice. The staff were very helpful. The pool was great. Bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows. Centrally located. Lot of near by shopping. Family friendly. "

"The location is pretty good as you’re just a skip away from a main highway that will take you anywhere in Kamloops within minutes. The room was tiny though and the amenities (pool/hot tub) had greenish water. Breakfast was ok with 2 hot items (egg patty and breakfast sausages). The front desk and breakfast room staff where nice, but our room didn’t get cleaned (2 night stay) "
