"After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. "

"The hotel was extremely disappointing. It felt unsafe, the floors were filthy, and the non-smoking room smelled like it had been smoked in for years. The neighborhood also did not feel comfortable. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, safe, and worthwhile stay."

"Like many after me and many before me, my husband and I booked one night here after our flight out of Newark was cancelled and re-booked for the following evening. It was the only lodging very close to the airport that still had rooms. Fortunately, our room was clean enough, and I didn't see any signs of bugs. However, when we arrived in the room, the electricity was not turned on, and we had to go down to the lobby to ask for the electricity to be turned on. It's true, as others have said,...

"I did not know it was like a boarding home type of situation didn't there and I came there with five other people there was no way I could stay in it I didn't know that it was three other people and there was somebody in the room that was assigned to me when I booked it and paid for it so I did not stay at the property and I would like my money back a refund thank you I had to book a whole another hotel"
