"The property would of been great except the bed was terrible. We could feel the springs poking us and the mattress was noisy and lumpy. A 4 star resort is expected to have top quality mattress. I brought this to management and nothing was done about it. For that reason I would not recommend the property."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The caldera views were absolutely breathtaking and the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Sofia and John were very helpful with anything we needed. They made our stay very pleasant.
Breakfast was excellent, with a great selection and everything we tried was delicious.

"Homeric poems is a small hotel in a beautiful setting. Having spent several days travelling around Santorini, the location in Firostefani - really quiet, particularly at night, yet only 10-15 minutes walk to the busy centre of Fira, was ideal. The views are spectacular. Do be prepared for steps - in common with most of the properties, the hotel is built into the cliff and you will spend a lot of time walking up and down steep stone steps.

"The hotel staff were extremely welcoming and greeted us to our stay. The room was also very clean and amenities all accurate. The location is very convenient as it is near shops, bus station, food. (3 min walk). Would highly recommend staying here."

"La geolocalización en Googlemaps no ayuda, la propiedad se ve muy distinta, no tiene ningún cartel que indique que es el hotel,
Después de 20 minitos preguntando, no lo conocían los comercios de la calle.
Finalmente una Sra. nos ayudó, con indicaciones precisas, el check-in se realiza en otro hotel Mylife Suite., que se encuentra a 250 metros.
