"Very clean hotel with a fresh, genuinely clean scent throughout not overly chemical or artificial. The linens and towels smelled freshly laundered and spotless, which I always notice and appreciate. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, especially the bartender at the restaurant/bar and Ki at checkout, who was truly a ray of sunshine. The included breakfast was also much better than the typical hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again!"

"Changed to handicapped room for way more space and comfort for our 6 night stay. Staff helpful in arranging this. Lots of nearby places to buy good quality food for diy breakfast in room w well appointed kitchen. Fresh fruit and yogurt downstairs was helpful too. Only drawback is the vacant lot next door where unhoused people sleep and leave litter behind in the morning. Otherwise cool neighborhood in Brooklyn close to Park Slope"

"The Beds were very comfortable, the 3 selection of waters in the lobby that were available daily for the customers in a dispensary. There was a staff member that stood out she was pleasant and very accommodating (Monique). I would stay there again, and even recommend."

"Bare concrete floors in bathroom, freaking cold and it’s summer outside. How cold does that floor get at winter… Shower door needs a seal at the bottom so water doesn’t flow out in front of sink. Huge puddles flow out."

"This hotel is quite good! The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious—my granddaughters loved the pancake machine. It was great that there was a pool table so I taught my granddaughters to play pool. The room itself had plenty of space and the ventilation was very quiet. My only issue was the refrigerator motor which was very noisy."

"Ein wirklich sehr sauberes und sehr schön gelegenes Hotel in einem ruhigen und sicheren Stadtteil von Brooklyn. Eine sehr angenehme Nachbarschaft mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Das Hotel Personal war stets freundlich und der Service auf unsere Etage war sehr gut. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag sehr gründlich gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch sporadisch, daher eher weniger ein Kritikpunkt von meiner Seite. Man kann auf dem Gelände parken und es gibt genügend kostenlose Parkplätze in...

"Booked a room for one night. Checked in and went to room, thermostat said 84 felt like 90. Went downstairs after turning AC on full and went out. Came back couple of hours later and room still at 82. Front desk said no fans or other rooms available. Slept in the sauna room cause it was late and didn’t want to switch hotels. Reached out to hotel management cause front desk and maintenance guy said to request my money back. Waiting to see if I actually get a response."

"The hotel room did not have air conditioning on the hottest day of the week (90 degrees on Wed. 5/20/26). They were unable to transfer us to a room with air conditioning and did not issue a refund or room credit. We didn’t use the room and left. Front desk was unhelpful. No one answered the follow up phone calls. Even Expedia was unsuccessful in getting a refund. Absolutely disappointing."
