"Listed as sleeps 6. Only has 1 queen. A day bed that is trundle that has very uncomfortable 2 inch hard pad. The couch does not open to a bed. We booked 3 adults , plus one 16 yr old. They gave us 3 towles. 6 ft tall 16 yr old had to sleep on a short couch. We had to go buy towels because property management would not bring us towels till next day. Backs are sore from in adequate beds.. only book if you have just 2 people. Also the neighborhood is sketchy. No fresh air' windows do not open'...

"It was a good location for me because I had to go to Tampa a lot. The hotel may be outdated but they certainly make up for it with hardworking staff (front desk, cleaning and breakfast servers). Tv worked great, so did AC. Ice machine was available on my floor as well as on lobby area. Free parking. I thought their breakfast was very good. One morning their waffle maker was leaking but they came fix it right away. I’d definitely stay here again. "

"Manager Kendall was extremely rude during check in. Bathroom was filthy and towels had stains on them, had to dry off with hand towels. Do not recommend. "

"The place was different. Rooms were very clean and the staff was wonderful. Nice little continential breakfast. Not alot to do for us, we were there for a baseball game. But all in all was a good stay."

"They did not clean our room every day, not even every other day even though I asked them for it many times. When they 'cleaned' the room, they just organized it. They didnt change the sheets with the clean ones. No free drinkable water. No gym, no pool, no free parking, no bar, no comfortable lobby/gathering area, no hair conditioner.. Not sure how they received 4 stars. Our body wash was emptied on the 2nd day and I had to buy shower gel myself. Vending machine was not working. Overall it was...

"The hotel says it has a breakfast but it only consists of biscuits and gravy and a couple of cereal’s. The worst part about this hotel is that they charge $300 for the deposit which is way more than any other hotel and then tell you it takes nine days after check out for it to be put back on your card. Will not stay here again."
