Asked how that could happen with a reservation in place and Alex at the front desk couldn’t answer that question. Asked for a callback from a manager and 4 days later, that call has never came. We had to scramble to find another hotel on a busy Spring Break week. After driving by the property during our stay in Destin, it appears we dodged a bullet because the property is run down and clearly...

"Towels and washcloths were dirty and nasty. One hand an old orange in it. Luckily I always bring my own. Staff attempted to make me fix the room tv on my own (it wasn’t working). "

"The staff at the property were super helpful and nice. Check in was fast. Gave us all the details on breakfast, pool usage, wifi, and the gym. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Muffins, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, cereal, along with juice or coffee. Pool is heated! Which was a plus bc the water at the beach was a tad icy. Our stay was fantastic. Only issue we had was the ac in the room. They conserve energy, so it didnt run the whole time. So it was a bit warm in the room. "

"Parking lot was difficult to navigate into and out of at night due to lack of appropriate lighting. The refrigerator was rusty and had mold on the inside of the door. The room smelled like mildew. We had reserved two nights, but after one night, we checked out and went to a different hotel."
