"Everything was nice , the staff, pool, location but we stayed a full week and the floors were dirty when we got there and they never mopped them the whole week we were there, I think they may have sweep them once,we had to wear our shoes in the rooms and wash our feet before we got in bed and some of the outlets need replaced , our chargers kept falling out, but still good people and location"

It was annoying because I was arriving late and needed a late arrival time. I finally got ahold of someone, it when I arrived they had no idea I was going to be late - so my room was given to someone else. I got a room- so that was good.
