"I did not expect the status I saw this time at all no help at all as no staff available to give a hand We have to bring our luggage in the hotel and inside the hotel same to bring down and take to car ourselves Food in bfst quite poor also but may be this is the standard for such hotels nowadays"

"No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call."

"Stayed for 1 night while traveling for business and everything was terrific. Front desk staff were extremely polite and the room was clean and comfortable. Mattress and pillows were great. Also, property was extremely clean."

"Honestly, this place surpassed expectations. The place was clean, great breakfast compared to similar hotels, the staff personnel were friendly and the temperature of the facility during this hot summer was nice and cool. All around 2 days well spent with breaking the bank."

"Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever"

"The locationof the hotel is not in a safe area. We heard people talking at all hours or the night. In the morning I went to the lobby and they had allowed two homeless people to sleep in the lobby on sofas"

"The room was need of a lot of repairs. Had a 2x4 holding up the sink. The bathroom had rust and moldy spots. The shower curtain rod was loose and held with a 2x4. Pieces of the hard wood floor were missing. They had no breakfast even though they had a dining area. Walls are very thin. Upstairs neighbors kept us up most the night. Way over priced for the value."

"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...
