"No ac, and the fire alarms going off. The front desk did say they would not charge us for the 6 days we had reserved. One night we had to find another hotel and after the 3rd night we checked out and went to a 3rd hotel but the manager is refusing to answer when Expedia calls to confirm that there were issues. I even tried to call and was put on hold. After 30 mins, no one ever returned to the call."

"Stayed for 1 night while traveling for business and everything was terrific. Front desk staff were extremely polite and the room was clean and comfortable. Mattress and pillows were great. Also, property was extremely clean."

Got put on the top floor with no working elevators and zero notice, and due to it being in a bad neighborhood and reviews reporting vehicle break-ins, we had to take all our belongings inside and needed to carry it all up 4 flights of stairs with our baby. Got to our room and the air wasn’t working in the bedroom, and the thermostat read nearly 80 degrees but the air unit wouldn’t kick on. "Honestly, this place surpassed expectations. The place was clean, great breakfast compared to similar hotels, the staff personnel were friendly and the temperature of the facility during this hot summer was nice and cool. All around 2 days well spent with breaking the bank."

"The locationof the hotel is not in a safe area. We heard people talking at all hours or the night. In the morning I went to the lobby and they had allowed two homeless people to sleep in the lobby on sofas"

"Rug has never been cleaned. The mattress was awful. I was treated horribly when I arrived and charged a higher price than what was quoted by Expedia. I was told I could leave if I didn’t pay the higher price. I was required to provide a deposit . After almost two weeks week deposit was finally refunded but I had to get my credit card company involved. I called the hotel but never get an answer . May be the worst hotel experience ever"
