The kitchen/breakfast staff were working their butts off and doing a great job. The bar on the hand was not friendly, and not helpful. First night the wife ordered a margarita and we still don’t know what she actually made. Kitchen closed at a certain time, it was either 9 or 10. The bartender told us and everyone 30...

"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available....

"The breakfast and our room was nice. The staffing was not great. Smelled like someone was smoking pot in one of the bathrooms by the pool. Our room keys wouldn’t work due to our time expiring. Don’t know why cause we were staying till Sunday. Then had to leave the hotel for the fire alarm and the alarms were going off for a while. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
