"Check in process was efficent, staff welcoming. The location and the room were super clean. I chose this location as one of the few with onsite EV charging which was available. Nothing bad to say at all!"

"Easy to find plenty of parking, always staffed, towel quanity was efficient for my stay. Check in was quick qnd easy. My room was 3.5 out of 5 for cleanliness but I do appreciate it didnt have carpet especially with a todder. I did not utilize any amenities but this hotel is with a 7min drive from everything you need from food to gas and right off the highway."

"The bathroom was in bad shape ,A large mark on shower floor and the toilet needs caulking,Brought this General manager attention,He said they are remolding.These are both quick fixes "

"When we got there elevator was broke entire stay hot tub and pool was shut down. I'm disabled it was very hard to walk stairs to third floor every time I went out so I had stay in room a lot. No discount was given so this was not good place to stay"

"Room and breakfast area were clean and good. Pool area water was cloudy, many kids there though w holiday weekend. Only one staff person for checkin and there was a line at 4pm. Tried to checkin at 3pm but was told room unavailable and to come back at 4. Took about 45 minutes to check in at 4pm with 4 families in front of us."

"This hotel was disgusting there was stains on the pillow cases there was dried soap all over the bathroom floor and it was under going renovations we had contractors knock on our door at 7:30am talking about they were there to measure the windows it was ants all over the stove there was NO housekeeping you literally had to carry your dirty towels done to the front desk in order to get clean towels and then they ran out of towels so we had to go buy our own I would absolutely never ever stay...

"We had to ask for hand soap for the bathroom sink. We asked for towels, bed made, and trash removed daily. They did not come to our room in 3 days or 3 night stay. We had to empty the trash and go downstairs to get towels. There was a spot/stain on the floor which looked like a dog had urinated. Our last night the air conditioner did not work, so it was hot and stuffy all night long. The traffic, fire trucks, and ambulances were heard all night long. The manager said he would refund us one...

"Parking was easy and included. Could use a night light for the bathroom. Free coffee in the lobby and a coffee machine in the room, with tea also. Good overall, our only complaint is check-in asked you pick a room cleaning schedule which they did not follow. This was resolved the next day with housekeeping. Would stay here again."
