"The staff never answered the phone and because the elevator did not work I had to make several trips to complain about my room. The water did not drain from the sink and they said it’s a known issue, which was not acceptable. The hall smelled like smoke, which crept under the door. The worst was that the heating unit was unplugged, which I thought was odd, but it still didn’t work after plugging it in. This was a major issue because it was cold and they claimed to have no other rooms available....

"It is definitely a get what you pay for hotel. Random stuff in the room was falling apart like the dresser, the beds felt like sleeping on cardboard, you only get two flat pillows per bed. We spilled some water on the ground and used our hotel towels to soak it up and when we picked the towels back up, they were completely brown. The location is nice because of how close to everything it is. Internet doesn’t like to connect sometimes and will also tell you that you have too many devices on it....

"Air condition worked fine. The room smelled bad/ Bathroom floor was dirty and not freshly cleaned. No proper locks on doors. Only one entrance is allowed to be used in the whole motel for entry. Not to mention in a dangerous area of Columbus. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"This place was filthy, the breakfast was just butter biscuits, the property around was dirty as well. We were moved to this hotel after our original room was given up by Expedia. I would not recommend staying here to anyone! Let’s not mention someone literally died here the night we stayed. There was a shooting outside our room and the victim unfortunately died. I did not feel safe here. It was a rough weekend to get through. "

"Arrived on property, abandoned car with no wheels in parking lot. First two rooms were dirty (not cleaned out from previous occupant) lady at front desk was very nice and apologetic but cmon. Finally got my room after waiting 1hr for one to be cleaned out. Mold in the shower head area and ac/heater unit had a funky, moldy smell when turned on. Floor felt grimy and some towels had mysterious stains on them. Would not recommend. "

"The property was very disgusting and unpleasant feeling there. Not a good place for anyone. False advertisement. Supposed to have a jetted tub, didn't, holes in walls, broken furniture. Wouldn't suggest to anyone at this particular location"
