"The property is great. But. for the price per night, I have to ask why certain "little items" are no longer provided. Littke things like body lotion, shower caps, bar soap for those who cannot use the nody cleansing gel. The auto ice maker didn't work, so trips to the ice macine were in order. The room was not refreshed, had to ask for clean towels. The care of the customer does not measure up to the time before Covid."

"I live in Puerto Rico but I’m from Columbus and still own a business here. We recently sold our home in Columbus so I stayed at Staybridge Suites for the last two weeks. The suite had everything I needed including a full kitchen with a full size fridge. Everything was extremely clean when I arrived and the customer service was awesome for my entire stay. "The upgrades are very nice but maybe not well thought out? The room that I stayed in had obnoxious lighting Around the window allowing light to flood in my room around the curtains. I would stay again but would need another room."

"Tracy is a wonderful hostess of this B&B! The breakfasts were wonderful and the room was so comfortable, we felt right at home. This is a great location. Literally just a few steps away from Short North, but very quiet and peaceful. We have been here many times, but we really enjoyed our time here this last stay. The rooms have been refreshed and with Tracy as the new manager of the Lincoln Inn we look forward to staying here again soon. "

"I had an early doctors appointment on Tuesday and we come from 2 hours away. Decided to stay TownePlace Suites. Very clean, very friendly employees, excellent place to stay. Would definitely recommend."

"This was our first time staying in Hilliard. This hotel was great! It was very clean from the lobby, to our room, to the outside patio area. We spent some time outside around the fire pit until about 2 am. The surrounding area is very quiet. The breakfast was very yummy. Lots of options. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. All and all we truly enjoyed our stay and will be back again the next time we are coming to Columbus! "
