"There were some stains on the bedding and the towels, the floor needs a thorough vacuuming. Rooms are ok but a little outdated. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was ok parking was easy. Someone threw up and it took the staff awhile to clean it up properly. The hotel is overall decent. "

"Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue."

"We had multiple days with only mild/cold water to bath with. We brought this up multiple times with the front desk and eventually a maintenance person was brought in to sort out the issue. The rooms are dated and the property shows it age. The pillows were extremely thin and we ended up buying a few pillows as we were staying for an extended period. The towels were well used, some of them should have been replaced or tuned into cleaning rags. I would recommend staying somewhere else."

"The room was clean and lots of parking available. We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."

"The property location is ideal, however the hotel itself is very tired and is in need of a major renovation. It is sad to see a once very exclusive Resort & Spa fall to where it is today. I hope someone makes an effort to restore it to its former glory."

"Filthy hotel rooms, poor service, hot tub said it’s open but it’s been down for a long time. Staff at front desk not friendly. Wouldn’t recommend this place to others unless your just there to sleep and be bored in your room "
