"The moment we pulled up we were greeted with the the most friendly vallet attendant. The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as well as we were not sure where to park the car at first but one phone call to the front desk aa she noticed us parked and assured us we were in the right spot. "Do not, I repeat DO NOT stay at this property. I had a day trip to Virginia and needed a quick place to stay. When I arrived first red flag were kids playing in the parking lot. Not to say that they can’t play, but it was obvious these kids lived at the property. When I got inside the room, it smelled like cigarettes, the beds were just mattresses on spring frames, pillows were different sizes, bathroom was dirty. Even though the surface of the bed didn’t have any stains, if I had a black light...

"The property is located in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Hotel is very well maintained and the room was kept spotless."

"Was a last minute for this booking, I guess we got the old room instead of a newer room the linen on bed could have been little cleaner was stains all over sheets could not sleep on it had to buy sheets to relax. The towels need to be replaced stains and everything on the towels just not a good experience for me and my family."

"The AC worked well. The room was underwhelming. They need to upgrade the rooms, they are very outdated. Only 1 light worked in my room. The fridge was not clean, the room overall didn’t feel clean but it seemed like the best that could be done. The shower position resulted in water getting all over the bathroom floor. The elevator looked like a death trap. I even got stuck riding up and down as it failed to open on the 3rd floor, where my room was. "
