"The Front Desk Manager was extremely rude she has no customer service, upon arrival at the hotel the front desk agent checked me in he was very polite and friendly the room was dirty and the furniture was so dirty with dust the bathroom is dirty I asked the front desk manager if she can change the room, she said do you want me to cancel your reservation that was rude and nasty I have 16 people staying at the hotel the same day I would never recommend no one to stay there."

"Very convenient and well-run. I liked the huge window we had in our 4th floor room looking down on the cloverleaf and I know that might be an odd thing to like but so many hotels have cramped windows. I appreciated the feeling of spaciousness and it functioned well as TV for the dog! The hotel was very busy too with a lot of guests but didn't seem overwhelmed."

"This is a half way house motel for homeless people, after i had driven six and a half hours to check in to be told they overbooked and canceled my reservation, they said they contacted me however they did not. I was extremely upset, thank god I had family in the area I had stayed with for two nights. I do recommend this place to anyone. Totally run down, you are better off camping in a tent before you stay here."

"Clean room. A bed and a working bathroom. Bathroom fan was extremely loud to the point we had to keep the lights off when using it. Fridge was empty & part of it was broken. "

"The property was very noisy as linen room door was constantly being slammed at all hours of the night. No place to store your clothes and lighting was horrible in the room. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Sink was very making it somewhat a shore to wash your face."

"Staff was very helpful but building shows some wear and tear. Our door to the room had the metal safety bar torn from the door. We had to prop something up to warn us if anyone tried to break in. That was probably only our room, but it looked like it was like that for awhile. But room was clean and the staff were very helpful."
