"The staff were very rude at check in . Not accommodating at all. And for a 4 star hotel I was not impressed. The shower head in the shower was loose , the plug for the tub broken and they put some kind of a sticky mat in the tub which was placed on top of dirty sticky mat instead of taking out the old ones ."

"Clean: We found the room to be very clean and comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet. Staff: The only little concern I had was the breakfast attendant. The breakfast was great. She spent a lot of time on her phone talking to a friend while she was working. My daughter and I were there shortly before the breakfast hours were up. We were watching the TV while we were eating. The attendant shut off the TV while we were watching it. Then she went up toward the front desk and shut off...

"Pros: The staff were kind and friendly. The beds and bedding were cozy. The location behind Wegman’s was convenient. It was quiet. Has a refrigerator, microwave, and TV in rooms. It was fine for a night. Cons: The refrigerator in room was not cleaned properly. The elevator has a loud high-pitched squeal as it hits each floor. For me, the breakfast was not great because I cannot eat gluten or dairy. I had an egg that only tasted, and felt, like rubber. It just seemed like typical free...
