"I love the bar and hotel location"

"The staff was short with answers and didn’t seem to know what they were talking about when I asked questions about the bar and restaurant. The bar isn’t really a bar and no one is working. There is no restaurant. Other reviews raved about the breakfast but what I found was the opposite of what they said. I went down several times both mornings during our stay and not once was there everything put out on the buffet, there was crumbs and food chucks everywhere on the counter, not clean or sanitary...

"The sink in the bathroom had a putrid sewage smell that stunk up the whole room. Every time we left the room and came back the smell would hit us in the face. The a/c was tired and struggled to keep the room cool. The hotel informed us that renovations had been done on the property but not all the a/c units were replace. The hotel didn’t have a pool. AND they charged for parking."

"It wasn’t a bad stay, hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Just the fees for parking you find out about when you get there is the issue. I don’t see why you have to pay to park in a parking lot designated for the hotel."

"The electrical outlets didn’t work in between the beds. The microwave wouldn’t open after we put our food in it. The heater panel was slightly off and the window didn’t close properly so we heard the traffic all night "

"It was my fault for not doing research, that been said state of the room was terrible. So much so we decided to book a different hotel after only been 10 mins in room. Is not staffs fault obviously, but there’s only so much you can do when room is falling apart."

"This hotel is in a great location. Close to shopping, movie theater and lots of other things in the area to explore. Enjoyed to food options in the hotel as well."

"This is a great Hampton Inn. It is quiet and sits back from the road. The only slight negative was that I asked for an extra hand towel from the maid but never received one. Breakfast was good and had an adequate supply of the usual breakfast items that Hampton Inn is known for."

Sink in bedroom Pool area dark dingy, access is thru the very small dining area. Breakfast room very small, fresh fruit offered apples with dry white powder residue & bananas. Elena kitchen staff...
