"The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. I was surprised that they charge $15 per day per parking."

"Nice and clean. Excellent staff, very helpful. Decent breakfast. The stay exceeded my expectations."

"Very quiet. Ideal setting."

"Brand new everything! My room was amazing. Cozy, clean and comfortable!"

"Terrible customer service from the young man at the front desk when I checked in at 4:30 pm on a friday. The room he gave me had a mini-fridge that did not work. This was a one week stay and i needed a fridge for a few groceries. He switched me to a different room - it was 82 degrees inside it and the A/C was broken. Now one hour in and still not unpacked, he had no solution other than to pick one of the rooms "and we will have maintenance see what they can tomorrow". I mentioned the obvious...

"Every room is crawling with roaches. Management called police on me because of 30 minute late check out, after telling me I can check out late, as long as I pay a fee per hour. I’m furious. Management is ghetto and rude. After my recent experience, this location should be CLOSED DOWN and AUDITED"

"Todo estuvo muy bien a excepción que me cobraron $50 dólares más el día del check in y no me los devolvieron! Dejamos el cuarto sin ningún daño y limpio, tal cual lo hagarramos, y aún así me cobraron $50 extras!"

"Great stay"

"nothing better at this price and close to DTC"

"Had a wonderful staff very friendly. The room was very nice. Well decorated, good choices overall. The only issue I had was every time I reached the fourth floor in the elevator it made so much noise and moved in a weird way that made me feel very unsafe each time. Other than that, it was great. I would have given it five stars, but the elevator needs servicing"

"Large room with full refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and dishes and cups, and toaster. Loved the heated pool and adequate fitness center. Also free parking."
