"We stayed here for one night. The room was okay, and the location was convenient, with several places within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but the morning front desk experience was disappointing. We asked about a late checkout from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM as Hilton members, and while I understand it is not guaranteed, the response felt dismissive. I also needed a quiet space for a quick work call and was told nothing was available, so I had to take it in the open...

"I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition."

"I would not recommend staying at Imperial Suites. We left within 10 minutes of arriving because the property was not what we expected. The outside appeared very run down, and there were people standing around the property, which made us uncomfortable. The area did not feel safe. The room itself had several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The shower head and ceiling appeared damaged, with visible cracks. The towels looked dirty, the lights flickered instead of staying consistently on, and...

"Great location! Clean, well-equipped, open and spacious apartment. We got a premium one. It was a corner apartment, so we enjoyed a lot of natural light. Cookies in the room were an unexpected and tasty treat! It was a bit noisy at night, but the white noise machine took care of that nicely. Smart touch. We plan to return some day. :)"
