Kaag Resort is a boutique apartment complex with an open waterway to the Kaag and Braassemer Lakes. The ideal spot for anyone who is passionate about water!

Your apartment is spacious (70m2 living), bright and completely private on the first floor. You will have 1 bedroom with comfortable boxsprings and a 40m2 open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. The sofa in the living room easily converts into a comfortable sofa bed for 2. The bathroom and toilet are separate and you have a private balcony (10m2) that overlooks the marina and the water.

## Neighborhood

The Kaag Resort recreation apartments are located right beside the river Leede. This river is an open waterway to the Kaag Lakes, the Braassemmer Lake and the city centre of Leiden. The perfect location to take a tour by boat on Saturdays across the culinary market or pay a visit to one of the cosy little restaurants on the water.

The surroundings offer a wealth of recreation possibilities. The golf course is within walking distance and the same applies to the sauna, tennis courts, sports school, restaurants, supermarket and the centre of Warmond. The Warmonder forest is just opposite the resort. You can easily reach the beach for a nice walk with a fresh sea breeze.

This central location ensures that all possibilities are within reach. Cities such as Amsterdam, Haarlem, Leden, Delft and The Hague can be reached within 30min by car!

Near Kaag Resort, there is a charming marina, a railway line, and an air traffic zone. Additionally, boats frequently navigate the nearby rivers and lakes, enhancing the picturesque character of the region. While the location offers beautiful views and convenient access to transportation, it may also come with some noise from passing trains, overhead airplanes, and watercraft traffic.

## Transit

You will be able to explore Warmond and its surroundings on foot or by using the public buses. Regional buses and trains will get you to the surrounding towns and cities, but if you really want to explore the general area, a (hire) car will make your life easier.

Die Lage Appartements war für uns perfekt. Amsterdam Rotterdam Den Haag und Strand alles war in der Nähe, wir haben mit dem Auto gereist. Lebensmittelgeschäfte Restaurants auch nicht weit. Ich kann Appartements empfehlen. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat im Appartements, Backoffen das ist uns bei solchen Reisen wichtig. Danke.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Alle touristischen Ziele sind auf kurzem Weg erreichbar! Die Versorgungsmöglichkeiten waren vielfältig.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Aussicht auf den Yachthafen und die Boote vom Balkon ist sehr entspannend. Die Räume sind ordentlich und sauber, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Einzig das Schlafsofa hat seine besten Tage hinter sich, es quietscht sehr laut (ist dabei aber bequem) und der Bezug löst sich langsam auf. Ähnliches bei den Stühlen am Esstisch. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und danken für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

Unter „luxuriös“ versteht sicher jeder etwas anderes. Wir würden sie bestenfalls als gut bezeichnen. Die Betten stehen direkt an großen Fenstern zum Treppenflur. Man muss sich entscheiden, ob man „öffentlich“ , oder bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Vorhängen in einer schlecht zu lüftenden Wohnung übernachten möchte.

The apartment is very comfortable and well maintained, fully furnished and equipped with all necessary amenities. The customer service agents were very professional and helpful. However, the property needs some attention to details regarding the following: * The check-in process is little bit confusing for a first time visiotr. * The livingroom rug was old and dirty. * The main bathroom water couldn't escape (drained). Overall experience is very pleasant!!

The apartment was nice and tidy, spacious with a balcony overlooking a marina - a perfect spot for an evening drink. The apartment was well appointed with everything we needed. Communication with the management was really good, quick responses to any questions we had. It was well located for visit to Leiden (40 minutes walk), and we also took train to The Hague and Amsterdam, We also liked a very tranquil village and spent an enjoyable afternoon on an island.

Die Wohnung war toll und es gibt wenig daran auszusetzen. Das Bad hat kein Fenster und eine begehbare Dusche, deren Gefälle aber falsch bemessen ist, sodass das Wasser sich in nahezu dem gesamten Raum verteilen kann. Einen Gummi-Wasserschieber haben wir nicht gefunden und uns mit einem Besen beholfen. In der Küche vermissten wir ein Backblech. Das Toilettenpapier war sehr knapp bemessen (2 Rollen für den gesamten Aufenthalt mit 3 Personen über 4 Tage). Die Parkflächen für die Autos waren sehr schmal. Trotz der Unzulänglichkeiten war die Wohnung den Mietpreis wert. Beim Check-in gab es Verzögerungen, weil das Callcenter überlastet war und der Code für die Schlüsselbox nicht zuvor per E-Mail übermittelt worden war. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon war äußerst freundlich.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön und der Blick vom recht großen Balkon auf das Wasser und die Boote ist einfach traumhaft! Auch die Lage ist toll, man ist mit dem Auto schnell am Meer oder in Städten wie Den Haag, Haarlem oder Amsterdam.
