"The suite was okay. We liked that it was spacious. The mattress was not a very good one. I think a 4-star hotel should have better, more comfortable mattresses. Breakfast was so-so. Not impressive. But the location of the hotel was good. We were situated on the same floor as a teenaged volleyball team so there was a lot of loud talking in the hallway. Despite these annoyances we still thought the hotel was OK but I would probably choose another one next time."

"Checked in Melia Chiang Mai, when we opened the door and entered the room, we could only describe it as "Wow"! The space is spacious and comfortable, and the interior is clean and tidy! The surrounding environment is also quite quiet, and there is a night market nearby, which is very convenient! We dined in the restaurant twice, once at noon and once during happy hour, and the service was very friendly! I believe we will come back to stay again!"

"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."
