Walk along the Board walk to The Entrance Beach, a lovely patrolled surf beach.
Stroll past the surf club to the Ocean Baths at the southern end of the beach.
Walk towards the Bridge along the Boardwalk to Memorial Park for picnics, balls games.

Great location with unsurpassed 180 degree views of channel, ocean bridge and park.
Park your car under cover and relax, you can walk to everything you need from safe swimming in the calm channel waters and sandbanks in front - perfect for young children - to the patrolled surf beach just along the boardwalk and the ocean baths at the end of the beach.
You can walk to all shopping, coffee shops, hotels, bowling club, and surf club.
Or just sit on your balcony and see the passing parade, the fishermen, swimmers, boating, prawning, and fireworks right in front on New Year Australia Day and other occasions during the year.
If you are lucky, you will see the Air Force fly over at the Anzac Day Memorial service in the park 2 minutes from your door, or the jets just flying up and down the coast.
Or the ultra-lights cruising low above the channel.
Live music at pubs clubs, restaurants and nightclub.
Country Music Weekend annually, and live music in the park or at the Sails Stage beside the water most weekends.

all very comfortable for two night stay.the only thing we had trouble with was the tv! being oldies and not good with smart stuff It looks us ages to get the thing going! also I suppose it is because reception not good there for free to air tv Or was that just us?Otherwise all fine. thank you

Perfect location with views

This is one of those genuinely great places. It is great location, easy stroll to shops and dining. Can just sit and watch the view all day. The apartment its self is very well equipped with everything you need. I contacted the owner for something when we first arrived and response was very quick which is also comforting. Overall a great stay which I would not hesitate to book again.

The best location in the Entrance

This place is a gem. Amazing views and honestly the best location. Greg is an excellent host. Thank you Greg, we really enjoyed our stay and have already booked the property for our next trip to The Entrance.

Amazing unit in a great location

The photos do not do this place justice. I have stayed at The Entrance a few times, this place has been by far the best. The views were breathtaking and everything you need is a short walk away. Great size bedrooms and bathroom. We spent so much time on the balcony, with unobstructed water views. We did not need to drive anywhere. Greg was very responsive and answered all questions. I am already planning my next trip here.

Our host, Greg, was kind, considerate & informative of our needs from the start and, was helpful with any query. The apartment itself was just right for our short stay, we would happily (and hope to) return for another visit. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, we found it very relaxing to return to after a hard day, we felt at home. Thank you so much Greg, our short and sad time was made less emotional with your kindness and a view of the water that was a calming benefit.

Location was excellent. Init was well equipped and big enough for a family of 5. Check in process and communication were great. Balcony became very slippery in the rain and my husband slipped over.Beds were very soft and not all that comfortable.thatconfortable.
