In need of major updates. I have many photos of the repairs needed including a piece of metal on the entry to the veranda which left me with a gash to my arm. Kitchen okay. Beds comfortable. Never deal with East Coast Getaways, they have zero communication skills. In future I would refuse to rent any property they handle.

The position is excellent for the beach and fishing. With it being so hot the apartment does not get much air flow so fans/air conditioning would be an advantage. Old beds/bathroom. could do with some updating

Stunning location

The property is in a stunning location with great views looking out over the ocean and North Entrance and easy walking distance to The Entrance shops and restaurants. The unit was a little smaller than the photo's suggest but it was still a good size for us.

Everything we expected. Perfect position, stunning views from living, balcony and master bedroom. A little dated and bedding uncomfortable. Would benefit from a fresh lick of paint and better light blocking curtains in main bedroom which is lit up by streetlights.

Room with an amazing ocean view

The unit is perfect for a family of 4 Clean and tidy. The whole building is really quiet, perfect for relaxation From the living, dining, kitchen area and master bedroom, you have a full view of the beach. No need to get out of bed to watch the sunrise. The toilet and bathroom works fine and clean. But needs to be updated. Walking distance to playground, shops and restaurants. Don’t recommend ordering food from Chang Thai, they need to improve the quality of their food and it took an hour for our food to be ready😤 Overall, we’re happy with this property and will definitely consider renting this again in the future

Property didn't look like what we expected. Pics make it look a lot brighter and the bed was small and uncomfortable. Quite a few cockroaches in the property. Lined was clean and the towels were clean. The view of the water and the sunrise was really lovely

Amazing View

The property was clean & the view was amazing, situated directly across from the beach - uninterrupted water views. It was a nice walk to shops, restaurants & pubs. The photos online made the living/dining/kitchen areas look alot larger than they actually were. Nice new kitchen but no dishwasher & no washing up detergent supplied which we thought strange. Bathroom/laundry was very dated but clean & shower had great water pressure. Balcony was comfortably big enough for 4 people.

The Entrance Getaway Experience

The location of Dolphin Getaway is in a fantastic location with amazing views of the ocean. A short walk to the restaurants and shops. First impression of the apartment is its neat and tidy, but the bathroom/toilet/laundry are very dated. The limiting factor of the getaway is having to bring everything from dish-washing liquid, tea/coffee/sugar/hand-towels, toilet paper and very few cleaning instruments provided and if you do not leave the property clean and tidy there are very big fines attached.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and central.

12 Dolphin Court. Lovely place to stay, very neat clean and comfortable and short walk to town with beautiful beach views. My only small complaints were that the garage wasn't numbered and we hoped we were at the correct one, and due to the sea air door handles and fly screen door were sticky. Otherwise a great place to stay and we would like to come again, many thanks. Narelle
