"Check in was easy and communication with host was good. Just a few issues...plan was to have barbecues at the house but there was no grill on the property when we arrived. Contacted host and was advised it had been damaged and would be delivered the following day. Did not get it until dinner time 2nd day of stay. "Cancelled my reservation unexpectedly the day before arrival. Messaged the host a few days before arriving for the entry message and no reply back just to follow up with a cancellation 2 days later. I would not recommend booking with this host. No communication. Vrbo was great in protecting my payment with the full refund thankfully. "
