"The property itself was nice. Check-in and out instructions were good. However, for 4 adult women to only have 4 bath towels for 3 nights…there should have been more towels. Also, there were no sheets or blanket provided for the pull out bed. There was a smell in the apartment we couldn’t figure out then realized potatoes had been left in the pantry from previous guests I presume. There were no tissue boxes available. I think for the money, these small details could have been better."

"Here’s a polished version that includes the additional details and ends with the refund issue:
I had a very disappointing experience with this property. When I arrived at the scheduled check-in time, the apartment was not ready for guests. The host acknowledged that it was not prepared, which was unacceptable after I had traveled expecting to check in on time.

"Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff.
This is an extended stay facility so rooms lack some of the niceties of hotel rooms such as tissues, soap, etc. The kitchenette was handy with microwave, cooktop and full-size fridge, but bring your own cookware and dishes because none are provided. We made due with paper plates and microwave meals. The room worked well for a 4-day working weekend, and the price was very reasonable. Not fancy, but adequate for our needs."
