"Good location and good views from the room, though in compare to other Edition hotels I have been to, this one is definitely an on a lower quality of Edition hotels and more comparable to 4 start hotels. They failed twice to deliver my luggage to my room and failed to book a reservation for dinner. even after talking to manager, there were many time miscommunication. Overal, don't worth the cost and better alternatives available out there. "

"The hotel is a beautiful property but our room was not cleaned properly - crumbs were left by previous guests and were still there when we left after 2 nights (with maid services during our stay!). The temperature control for the shower also did not work well. The gym was small but clean. Breakfast buffer was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality."

"I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and it is a great place to stay. Convenient and close to The Bund. Breakfasts are great at the hotel and the staff are attentive and thorough. I definitely recommend it as a place to stay."

"Pur stay in this holiday inn was womderful. The hotel staffs are very nice, they gave up a free upgrade to the city view room. This hotel is very family friendly, my dauther loves to stay in the hotel and not willing to leave, wishing she can continue to stay. Wew ill definitely pickt the same hotel in the next visit."

"We were a little disappointed with the hotel. We booked an executive suite but it looked quite different to the photos (not as nice). Breakfast was not great - hot food was either luke warm, or cold, and none of the coffee machines were working properly and none of the staff rectified the issue. The positive’s was that the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and the location of the hotel is very good. If we return to Shanghai we wouldn’t stay here again."

"Yeah the food is great, just little hard on the pancakes and waffles. Clean room, view is great, close to everything (malls, The Bund etc.). Staff Samantha in the reception is very accommodating, friendly and helpful."
