"Everything was good except getting tea or coffee at the Brama. The device in the room was difficult and dysfunctional. The machines for coffee and tea in the common room (Library) were similarly frustrating and out of water (one leaked). Staff were supposed to be available 24/7 by their postings, but unavailable before 8AM. Fortunately, nearby is a coffee/ tea shop which we (and others) resorted to using each day. They should buy some Kerig coffee & tea machines or get delivery from the local...

Room was Clean & tidy but no hand towels just a bath towel each which where changed after being used, basin is small for face washing, shower temperature control was very difficult to set the water temperature and when set would still fluctuate between to hot and to cold. Room was very cramped very little space between end of the bed and external corner of wall. Cooked Breakfast was okay but for us it lacked prunes and other prepared fruit.
