"Honestly, this was the most uncomfortable sleep I’ve had in a long time. We got a suite because there were 4 adults and a toddler. We attempted to use the pullout bed but it was AWFUL. It wasn’t even comfortable to sit on as a couch. Plus, the windows were so thin we could hear all the cars racing up and down the street. No thank you. "

"The shower water pressure wasn’t bad for a hotel and the water quickly got hot! The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered all the usual selections with a daily speciality item. Nice for a quick stay! "

"The staff is wonderful but the room was terrible. It had a weird funk, yellow stains on the pull out mattress, toilets don't flush, and the tub didn't drain well."

"The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was good at the check in desk. I didn't book the spa service during the stay. The parking fees is too high for paying guest."

"The hotel needs updating. In our room stains were noted on the carpet along with wear and tear of the furniture. We were woken up at 300 in the morning by other guest yelling, laughing and slamming doors until after 4am. I called to the front desk to report the disturbance but was told they will call the police department if they received a second complaint. I would not recommend this hotel at all!"

"This was a nice hotel. Close to the ballpark which was nice. I wish the staff told you about paying to park. The signs are small and very easy to miss. Not a big deal to pay just wish the staff would say something."

"Always meet my expectations, one elevator was working the last two days. So check out was a disaster other than that out stay was great. Location is in the center of everything. You can walk to Cumberland, and the truist park."

"Good breakfast options. My sons and I were in the pool daily. It was warm and refreshing. We got fresh towels and housekeeping without asking. My flight was stuck on tarmac for two hours and staff was accommodating letting us check in later. "

"Front desk staff unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate simple request to avoid having to change rooms for a 2 night stay. Ultimately paid for upgrade and opted not to upgrade after seeing the room and staff refused to refund the upgrade charge. Won’t be back!"
