This is the only 1 bedroom Penthouse apartment in Terrigal, located on the top floor of the highly sort after Rockpool Apartment Building with over 160m2 floor space, with great beach and ocean views.

If you are looking for a little luxury getaway in the heart of Terrigal with ocean views and space to move you cant go past this apartment, large indoor / outdoor area, spa, beautifully landscaped garden balcony plus main balcony with beach and ocean views.

This apartment is suitable for couples, small families or singles.
Second single bed (under stair nook) is suitable for child or small adult.

Before Enquiring Please Know:
This property is NOT a party house. Council, Police and the local community have strict requirements in regard to nuisance noise and offensive behaviour. Under Section 268 of the Protection Environment Operations Act 1997, a Complainant may be successful in obtaining noise abatement order from the local court against the Offender. Heavy fines apply.

Strict code of conduct applies: excessive noice, anti soccer behaviour and or damage to property will result in immediate eviction, loss of security deposit and fines.

STRICTLY NO SCHOOL LEAVERS OR YOUNG GROUPS - Immediate eviction / no refund apply.

Long weekend escape

My family and I stayed at the property in April. It was very well equipped, and the jacuzzi and private terrace were great! The apartment is in a great location, with it being only a short stroll to the beach and Terrigal's main strip. Tim & Nicole were very responsive hosts.

A BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT

We loved this very spacious apartment which was beautifully appointed, immaculately clean and in a great location. Communication with the owners was excellent.The only negative for us seniors was that the bedroom is on the upper level and the bathroom/toilet is downstairs which was a little challenging at night. That perhaps should be clearly notated in the property details.

What a location

This apartment is beautiful.Perfect for a couple and it is huge.Outdoor area is beautiful/BBQ/SpaWe actually cooked every night on the BBQ and went for Lunch / Breakfast in Terrigal.Everything is so close.Water Views.Quiet and relaxing spot.Highly recommended

Heart of Terrigal

The location is perfect, so convenient to walk to everything. The outdoor entertaining area is excellent to have guests over for dinner. We didn’t get to use the hot tub as it talk all day to heat up (not sure if we’re using it correctly) - a guide would have been helpful. The furnishings and artwork are excellent. The sea view is amazing. Excellent stay and we would definitely return.

Lovely property, great access to the local shopping precinct of Terrigal, all instructions regarding the property accurate and easy to understand. Only criticism of experience is that at no point was there any e-mail access directly with the property Hosts (Tim & Nicole) - everything was directed into Stayz. I am a person who would like to interact with the people involved and not a faceless behemoth like Stayz. Regards -- Barry

Perfect Spot!

I booked this beautiful apartment to stay for the night prior and of my wedding! It was a beautiful spot to get ready in with an amazing roof top balcony. Perfect spots for pictures! The host were amazing and communicated so well when I hadn't received my check in information, even followed up & made sure I arrived all ok. We will be back :)

Relaxing Stay

Great condo very close (walkable) to everything in Terrigal. The cubby worked well for our 3 year old. Owners were good about communicating when we had a question. Easy stay, would definitely come back again.

Lovely stay

Lovely apartment for two. Ocean view to water from balcony, with spot to enjoy an afternoon drink. Easy walk to shops, club, restaurants, cafes and beach. Bedroom is upstairs/ large bathroom downstairs. Enjoyed using the nespresso machine/ coffee in the morning. Lovely coastal walk nearby.
