"The room was clean and comfortable and included a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave and refrigerator and plates, etc. However, the bathroom was very small, and the shower even smaller. A cleaning fee is charged but you have to empty the trash, why? Also, the rooms are right on a busy road and traffic going by is very noisy, so if you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. In addition, I booked this location on Lookout Mountain because I thought we would have a mountain...

"When you walked in, you could smell the dampness or the carpet. The ice machine on the second floor was dirty. The room was fine, including the beds. There was a cheap motel next-door however I was able to park on the other side of the building. The location was beautiful. There also was an issue with one of the treadmills. The breakfast was good. The attendant in the morning was nice and kind. I will stay there again for the price."

"The reason for poor review was that Expedia had not finalized my reservation with the hotel. Hotel staff could find it by back searching Expedia reservations but Expedia had not took last step to send to Hyatt. Beware of Expedia!!"

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The history of the hotel is really amazing to read about. You can just walk around the hotel and be amazed by the woodwork and crown molding with the beautiful chandeliers. I would stay here again, really can't get enough of how pretty this hotel is."
