"We are only sorry we could not stay longer than one night as we were going hone on the last leg of an extended road trip. The room was spotless and cozy and it was very nice to unwind on the porch with the mountain view, after a full day of driving. With a whirlwind short stay, we arrived late and left early and therefore missed meeting any of the staff, but we appreciate how easy they made it for us to check in and check out. We hope to come back again to more fully enjoy the property."

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. "Very close to Ruby Falls and close to downtown with a wide selection of restaurants. We had great mountain range views from our suite. The lodge is very close to a busy road but we used the white noise machine that was provided so it died down the traffic noise. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Great location near downtown hiking and ruby falls. They used non paraben, non synthetic shampoo and productswhich is so much healthier and better for environment. You could see mountains. Good breakfast that varied daily. Gym was nice."

"On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay."

"Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair."

That’s the only answer. Our first floor room was steps from an unsecured exterior door. We found that upon departure. Complimentary breakfast waffle was good but fruit was not fresh. "We really loved our stay here, and have nothing bad to say whatsoever. We enjoyed time at the hotel and enjoyed how convenient the location was. We plan on coming back to stay there the next time we travel back to Chattanooga."
