Je dirais deux petites choses en vue d’une amélioration: mettre une bouteille d’eau comme accueil avec bouilloire et café dans la chambre et réparer la poignée intérieure de la salle de bains ...

Booked (and paid) for a family room for 4. On arrival at PM 21.00 the reception was closed and a key for 1 room with 2 single beds was waiting for us - we had to sleep on the floor 2 Pers.! Contacted the hotel the day after and expected an appologise and a compensation. But no respons.
